Omakase specializes in Edomae — traditional style sushi. We partner with chefs trained in the top restaurants of Tokyo. Chefs Jackson Yu: Chef Jackson has been practicing Japanese cuisine since he was a teenager. He has trained with well-known Japanese chefs and has been a restaurateur for 8 years. From the oldest Japanese restaurant in the Bay Area, to Ginza in Japan, his knife work is impeccable. Ingi Son: Chef Ingi has worked in Japanese restaurants nationwide from New York, Las Vegas, to Napa. With 17 years of experience, his passion stems from his ingredient focused concept of serving his diners. Yoshihito Yoshimoto: Born in Osaka, Chef Gen has been in the restaurant business for 37 years. His experience in the United States encompass the Bay Area, New York, and Hawaii. The commitment and creativity in his dishes will surely take you back to his hometown.
